1. Return Eligibility

2. Gift Vouchers and Refunds
Where legally permitted and appropriate, NUSH Jewel may offer a gift voucher or store credit as a resolution for an eligible return.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns
Please review product descriptions, photographs, and details carefully before placing your order.
For change-of-mind requests, returns or exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to the product's condition and applicable law. Products must be unused and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.
For hygiene and product-condition reasons, certain items may be excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns where legally permitted. This exclusion does not apply where a return or other remedy is required by law.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs will be communicated to the customer in advance, where such charges are permitted.
